The Advanced Leadership Experiences offered by Connecticut Yankee Council will help you develop the tools to take your unit to the next level. We offer mountain-top, transformational experiences set in a scouting environment for youths and adults that will empower you to reach your full potential as a leader.  Adults experience what it is like to be a scout and youth learn critical leadership skills and techniques they will use their whole lives.  And, of course, we make sure to have fun while we do it!  Find out more about upcoming National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT), Wood Badge, and Powderhorn by clicking on the links below.
