The Advanced Leadership Experiences offered by Connecticut Yankee Council will help you develop the tools to take your unit to the next level. We offer mountain-top, transformational experiences set in a scouting environment for youths and adults that will empower you to reach your full potential as a leader. Adults experience what it is like to be a scout and youth learn critical leadership skills and techniques they will use their whole lives. And, of course, we make sure to have fun while we do it!
